WHEN - WHO - WHAT

1. By September 1, 2018 - Trevor Foglesong - Share with all students a UHS Tip Line Link to their School Loop individual accounts.

2. By September 15, 2018 - JeNora Lewis - Communicate to the faculty and staff the Campus Security Officers’ duties.

3. By September 15, 2018 - JeNora Lewis - Share with faculty and staff the Campus Security Officers’ positions and rotation map as well as the boundaries of their area.

4. By September 15, 2018 - JeNora Lewis - Begin to monitor and implement a process to follow up on Campus Security Officers to ensure they are consistently modeling respectful language and interactions.

WHEN - WHO - WHAT

1. On October 4, 2018 - Sara Domonoske, working with the Counselors -  Offer “College Night”, including all post-secondary options (e.g., 4-year universities, 2-year colleges, trade schools, military, world of work).

2. By November 1, 2018 - Sara Domonoske, working with the Counselors - Offer at least three opportunities to educate parents and students on how to access and the benefits of the Aeries portals for parents and students.

3. By November 15, 2018 - Sara Domonoske (lead), Scott Sypkens and Pam Salgado, working with Department Chairs - Reexamine Upland High School’s definition of rigor as well as College and Career Anchor Standards and formulate an action plan to implement with departments and ultimately in the classroom.

WHEN - WHO - WHAT

1. By October 15, 2018 - Pam Salgado and Darryl Thomas, working with Department Chairs - Introduce all staff to the 9 Areas of Focus of 21st Century Skills for Career Technical Education (CTE).

2. By November 15, 2018 - Darryl Thomas and Kevin Miramontes, with staff input - Determine and present to the Instructional Leadership Team the 3 Focus Areas of greatest need for 21st Century Skills for CTE.

3. By November 15, 2018 - Angelique Tahajian  (lead), Pam Salgado, Kevin Miramontes and Carolle Artiles - Recommend to the Instructional Leadership Team ideas for at least 3 Career Preparation Workshops (e.g., resume writing, interviewing skills, web site or portfolio development) for students.

4.By November 15, 2018 - Liliana Portillo (lead), Sara Domonoske, Kevin Miramontes and Romeo Zendejas - Put together a Marketing Plan to increase student participation/ attendance in Career Day.

WHEN - WHO - WHAT

1. By October 1, 2018 - Pam Salgado and Debbie Glenn, working with the Counselors - Share with all staff and student representatives the definition and descriptions of internal accountability and solicit their feedback to ensure clarity.

2. By November 1, 2018 - Scott Sypkens - Recommend for action to the Instructional Leadership Team a process for defining the collective goals and aspirations at Upland High School.
